1. Preparation Before Installation
Ensure the work environment is clean to prevent contamination from dust or debris.

Apply a thin layer of lubricant to the bearing seat and shaft.
2. Installation Methods
(1) Press-Fit Installation (For Small Bearings)
Use a press tool to apply uniform pressure to the bearing's inner ring when mounting on the shaft.
Avoid applying force to the rollers or outer ring to prevent damage.
(2) Heat Installation (For Medium & Large Bearings)
Heat the bearing to 80-100°C (176-212°F) using an induction heater.
Ensure even heating and avoid exceeding 120°C (248°F) to prevent material deformation.
Carefully slide the bearing onto the shaft while it is still expanded.
(3) Shrink Fit Installation (For Heavy-Duty Applications)
Cool the shaft using dry ice or liquid nitrogen to contract it slightly.
